Marines with 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment stand security in an armored tactical Humvee during a Deployment for Training exercise at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Jan. 30. The Marines were responsible for guarding the only entry point into the command operations center. The exercise at A.P. Hill was designed to allow the Marines to focus on large scale operations, integrate combined anti-armor teams and maintain infantry machine gun support.
