Sgt. 1st Class James McMillan and his girlfriend Sgt. Jasmine Miller push Kate, a wheelchair-bound youth in a stroller during the Marine Corps Half Marathon at Camp Lejeune, N.C., in September 2015. McMillan and Miller ran the entire half marathon pushing the stroller and carrying the American flag.
