    160131-N-OK605-025 SAPPORO, Japan (Jan. 31, 2016) Operations Specialist 2nd Class Ellington Morgan, from Sacramento, Calif., a member of the U.S Navy’s 2016 Sapporo Snow Team, uses a chain saw to shape a 10 feet by 10 feet three-dimensional surface warfare pin snow sculpture in preparation for the 67th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The pin is being carved in honor of the prestigious warfare program and the stellar Sailors who have attained the qualification.
