160130-N-OK605-034 SAPPORO, Japan (Jan. 30, 2016) Sailors from Misawa Air Base present a gift to Sapporo, Japan's City Hall officials as a token of thanks for inviting them to create an ice sculpture and participate in the city's 67th annual snow festival. The Sailors will carve a three-dimensional surface warfare pin from a 10 feet by 10 feet block of ice in honor of the Navy’s surface warfare program.
