Marines move together to form a 12-man shield front during a non-lethal weapons course at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 27, 2016. The shield front is a riot control technique the combat engineers learned from military policemen. A riot control team has the ability to use non-lethal weapons such as oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray and the M203 grenade launcher loaded with a non-lethal rounds.
