A Latvian Soldier gives the safety brief to U.S. Soldiers of 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, stationed out of Vilseck, Germany, before beginning the Polar Plunge event at Adazi Training Area in Latvia, Jan. 28, 2016. This event helped the U.S. Soldiers build a stronger relationship with our NATO ally by participating in some of the training and exercises that the Latvian Soldiers go through.
