Lance Cpl. Ryan Yancey, from Emory, Texas, radios his team during a joint-training-exercise between III Marine Expeditionary Forces Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear units and Explosive Ordnance Disposal units at the Central Training Area, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 29, 2016.
