U.S. Air Force Maj. Routine eye exams are much more than the simple vision screening test conducted by a patient’s primary care manager and are conducted every year or as needed for active duty service members to maintain fitness for duty. Exams are conducted once a year for active duty family members and every two years for all other TRICARE Prime beneficiaries. Bowman hails from Paris, Ark., and Reub is a Clovis, N.M., native.
