Dhi Qar province Governor Talab Lhassen attends the opening of the new Al Falah Girls School in Gharraf, Dhi Qar, Iraq, Dec. 15, 2009. The Governor was present to conduct the ceremonial ribbon cutting of the school, which will provide education to over 250 girls.
