PACIFIC OCEAN (Jan 21, 2016) - Navy Counselor Chief Candice Moore, from Dallas, Texas, Damage Control Training Team Coordinator for Repair Locker 5, waits for confirmation that fire zones are set during a General Quarters drill aboard the guided-missile destroyer, USS Stockdale (DDG-106). Stockdale, assigned to the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group, is part of the Great Green Fleet, a year-long initiative highlighting the Department of the Navy’s efforts to transform its energy use to increase operational capability. Providing a combat-ready force to protect collective maritime interests, the John C.
