A welder constructs a 4-inch coupler for a chiller pipe here, Jan. 21, 2016, at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center. This piping will connect the second floor heating, ventilation, and air condition systems to the building water supply. The new TEC dormitory and classroom facility will contain approximately 47,000 square feet of additional space on three levels and two levels with ten 20-person and two 100-person classrooms, HD audio/visual capabilities, wireless capability, 97 single occupancy dorm rooms, energy efficient natural and led lighting, hearing and mobility accessible accommodations.
