YUSUFIYAH, Iraq - Lt. Col. Khadhim (right), commander, 4th Battalion, 4th Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army Division, welcomes a local father Monday to the opening of a playground in the Yusufiyah area south of Baghdad. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Iraqi soldiers passed out soccer balls, stuffed animals and other toys to the children who attended the ceremony.
