U.S. Soldiers of E Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment (Attack Reconnaissance) engage pop up targets Jan. 7, 2016, at the Katterbach Army Airfield Engagement Skills Trainer (EST). The Soldiers used the EST to conduct M4 zero and qualification. The EST is used as a unit and institutional, indoor, multipurpose, multilane, small arms, crew served and individual antitank training simulator for Marksmanship, Shoot/Don't Shoot decision training, and Unit Collective Squad Level training scenarios.
