Djiboutian Maj. Daher Meraneh Arreh explains to U.S. Air Force Col. Jon Gullett, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa communication director, how he would like to train his soldiers, like those on Camp Lemonnier, Dec. 29. CJTF-HOA operations division conducted training on both radio and satellite communications systems. The training will give new personnel the skills necessary to install, operate and maintain these systems at the forward operating locations.
