Army's 2nd Lt. Richard Metcalf skates the puck up ice against pressure from Royal Canadian Air Force's Master Corporal Michael Slater during the 3rd Annual Army vs. Air Force Hockey Game Jan. 9 in Anchorage's Sullivan Arena. The Air Force team jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the second period before Army surged ahead in the third. It took a goal with only 38.3 seconds left in the game for Air Force to tie the game at 6-6 and force a three-man shootout in overtime.
