U.S. Soldiers, attached to the 28th Combat Support Hospital, Tallil, bring in a mock casualty for a training exercise as Iraqi army medics, assigned to the 40th Iraqi Army Medical Brigade, observe the exercise on Contingency Operating Base Adder, Dhi Qar, Iraq, Dec. 23. The Iraqi soldiers were at the CSH to learn more about medical procedures, so they can adapt them to their own unit procedures.
