U.S. Army Capt. Paap, attached to the 28th Combat Support Hospital, demonstrates laboratory procedures to Iraqi army medics, assigned to the 40th Iraqi Army Medical Brigade, during a casualty training exercise on Contingency Operating Base Adder, Dhi Qar, Iraq, Dec. 23. The Iraqi soldiers were at the CSH to learn more about medical procedures, so they can adapt them to their own unit procedures.
