U.S. Soldiers, attached to the Tallil Combat Support Hospital, conduct a casualty training exercise on Contingency Operating Base Adder, Dhi Qar, Iraq, Dec. 23. The exercise was observed by Iraqi soldiers, assigned to the 40th Iraqi Army Medical Brigade, to show them medical procedures, so they can adapt them to their own unit procedures.
