160106-N-ZB122-007 NAVAL BASE GUAM, Guam (Jan. 6, 2016) – U.S. Naval Aircrewman Helicopter 3rd Class Ryan Siner, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, secures a pin after a fast roping exercise from an MH-60S Knighthawk on Naval Base Guam, Jan. 6, 2016. HSC-25, Island Knights, is the Navy’s only forward deployed MH-60S expeditionary squadron for U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility and provides 24-hour search and rescue (SAR) and medical evacuation (medevac) service for Guam and the Northern Marianas. HSC-25 and U.S. Marines with 1st Raider Battalion, Marine Special Operations Team (MSOT), performed fast-rope, helo-cast and recovery training operations to further enhance maritime operations, aircrew experience and to sustain capabilities on land, air and sea.
