Angel Rosario, with USASOC’s 8th Military Information Support Group, participates this week as a Soldier Mentor to more than 200 top high school athletes, marching band members and color guard playing in the 2016 Army All-American Bowl. The game will air live on NBC from San Antonio, Jan. 9, at 1 p.m. EST.
