U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Raymond Dukes takes a break from clearing corn stalks in order to open up digging operations for a site on a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency mission. Dukes was assigned as the assistant team leader/team sergeant to a 13-member specialized recovery team that spent more than 45 days searching for the remains of service members who paid the ultimate sacrifice during World War II. The mission of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Brian J.
