Spc. Raymond Vernon, a Sylacauga, Ala., resident, receives a quilt from Staff Sgt. Jose Castro on behalf of Quilts with Love. Quilts with Love has been delivering homemade quilts to Soldiers since December 2003, giving them a piece of home. Both Soldiers are with the 1st Maintenance Co., 260th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and are mechanics in the company's maintenance section.
