U.S. Army Col. Chris Selvey, the deputy commander for Multinational Battle Group-East, hands certificates of appreciation to local landowners and leaders during a Dec. 21, 2015, ceremony returning land formerly used by Kosovo Force to its civilian owners in Zupce, Kosovo. The site, formerly known as Camp Cabra, was closed due to the region’s improved security situation and KFOR’s operational needs.
