Maj. Daniel Toven, music liaison officer with U.S. Army Central, directs a combined grades band at the American International School in Kuwait City, Dec. 9, as part of a USARCENT effort to build strong and long lasting partnerships in its area of operation. Toven worked with the bands over a five-week period, which culminated with the concert at the school attended by faculty, parents, friends and service members. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
