151217-N-DA434-238 PHILIPPINE SEA (Dec. 17, 2015) Sailors assigned to the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754) prepare to throw lines to tug boats as they are guided back into Naval Base Guam following a “tiger cruise” hosted for family and friends of the crew members. Topeka hosted the tiger cruise to give friends and families the opportunity to understand what their submariners do and why being forward-ready is so important to national security.
