NAVAL BASE KITSAP-BREMERTON, Wash. (Dec. 10, 2015) Seaman Fernando Alvarez, a native of Compton, Calif., seals dog-ears on a mooring line on board the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
