Members from Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) collect dirt, Nov. 24, 2015, in Attapeu Province, Laos during search and recovery efforts to retrieve two U.S. Army soldiers who went down with an aircraft during a reconnaissance mission in 1966.
