Kathryn Tomczak, a freshman, competes in the women's pole vault competition during the Air Force Holiday Open Track & Field Dec. 11, 2015, in the Cadet Field House at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. Tomczak debuted on the women's all-time list in her first Academy meet, clearing 12' 11 1/2" to finish as the top collegiate and second overall pole vaulter.
