USS BOXER, PACIFIC OCEAN (Dec. 3, 2015) - A U.S. Navy Sailor with the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group prepares to signal directions to the pilot of an AB-8B Harrier after it lands on the flight deck of the USS Boxer during flight operations, Dec. 3, 2015. The Boxer Amphibious Ready Group is underway off the coast of Southern California completing a certification exercise. CERTEX is the final evaluation of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Boxer ARG prior to deployment and is intended to certify their readiness to conduct integrated missions across the full spectrum of military operations.
