Dr. Ike Khan, program manager for the Wasit Provincial Reconstruction Team, discusses engineering details with professors from the Wasit Engineering College during a visit to an ongoing bridge construction party in Kut, Iraq, Dec. 15. Students from the engineering college were using the visit to gain real world engineering experience while inspecting the $65 million building project.
