ASAN, Guam (Dec. 15, 2015) – Crystal Gingras, an enrolled member of the Pawnee Nation, was the guest speaker at the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) celebration of National American Indian Heritage Month held at JRM headquarters in Asan, Guam Dec. 15.
