A Soldier from 3rd Battalion, 69th Armored Regiment washes a M1075 Pallet Loading System as a part of the turn in process at Mumaiciai, Lithuania Dec. 13, 2015. U.S. Army Europe and Army Material Command established a forward storage site at Mumaiciai for equipment from the European Activity Set. Having U.S. equipment stored forward within Allied and partner nations allows Regionally Allocated Forces easier access to that equipment when and where it is needed, saving time and resources to maximize the time available for training.
