Abrams Main Battle Tanks and Bradley Fighting Vehicles are stored in a warehouse in Mumaiciai, Lithuania as U.S. Army Europe and Army Material Command established a forward storage site for equipment from the European Activity Set Dec. 14, 2015. Having U.S. equipment stored forward within Allied and partner nations allows Regionally Allocated Forces easier access to that equipment when and where it is needed, saving time and resources to maximize the time available for training.
