Staff Sgt. Daniel Stein, 8th Expeditionary Air Mobility Squadron crew chief, holds a picture of his son, Gregory. In November, Gregory was in an all-terrain vehicle accident and fractured his C-1 vertebrae. The 8th EAMS, Qatari Emiri Air Force and the Boeing Company put together a care package for Gregory.
