Sergeant Linden J. Wilson, senior drill instructor, Mike Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, stands in front of his platoon prior to liberty call at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Dec. 10. Drill instructors, as well as recruits, have spent a majority of the last three months away from their loved ones and will get well-deserved time with them following graduation tomorrow. Today, all males recruited from west of the Mississippi are trained at MCRD San Diego. The depot is responsible for training more than 16,000 recruits annually. Mike Company is scheduled to graduate Dec. 11.
