Japan Air Self-Defense Force Master Sgt. Toyonaga Toshihisa, a C-130 Hercules loadmaster, checks a manual during a flight to the island of Pagan, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, Dec. 9, 2015, during an Operation Christmas Drop mission.
