Marines with the Maritime Raid Force, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, jump from a UH-1Y Huey during helocast training at Kin Blue, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 2, 2015. Helocasting is a helicopter insertion technique used by units like the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. The helicopter flies Marines into the insertion point and hovers over the water while they jump. Once in the water, Marines put on their fins swim either to a waiting Combat Rubber Raiding Craft or to shore. (U.S. Marine Corps Photo by Cpl,. Thor J. Larson/Released)
