U.S. Navy Seaman Apprentice Mikail Garib, a hospitalman with Company B, 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command, prepares an Iraqi soldier with combat-related injuries for transport into the 115th Combat Support Hospital at Al Taqaddum, Iraq, Nov. 28, 2015. Wounded Iraqi soldiers are occasionally transported from battlefields in Ramadi and Fallujah, Iraq, to Al Taqaddum to receive medical treatment from U.S. personnel.
