Andre Powell, a heavy equipment operator with Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 373, lifts the 3d Marine Aircraft Wing Combat Camera Tactical Imagery Production System (TIPS) with a KALMAR RT240 before loading it onto a KC-130 during Loading Exercise (LOADEX) 2015 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, Nov. 20, 2015.
