Paratroopers line the street waiting to donate their toys in hopes of receiving a winning lottery ticket for the opportunity to earn partner nation jump wings at the 18th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop. The airborne operation was hosted by U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), on Dec. 4, 2015 at Pope Field, N.C. Operation Toy Drop is the world’s largest combined airborne operation and collective training exercise with seven partner-nation paratroopers who participated and allowed Soldiers the opportunity to help children in need receive toys for the holidays.
