Paratroopers prepare to board a C-130 at the 18th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop. The airborne operation was hosted by U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), on Dec. 4, 2015, at Pope Field, N.C.
