Col. John J. Higgins, 107th Airlift Wing commander here, is sprayed with water as is tradition, after completing his final C-130 flight here, Sept. 25, 2014. Higgins is retiring from the Air Force as the 107th converts from C-130s to MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft.
