Earl Gonzagne, a Norcross, Ga., native and culinary specialist with the 215th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, stocks the desert carousel before the start of the Thanksgiving meal service Nov. 25 at Fort Hood, Texas. Gonzagne was responsible for preparing deserts for the big meal.
