Framed by a remnant of the old border fence, Airmen from the 177th Civil Engineer Squadron, guide a 1,400 pound panel into place over a bollard along the United States-Mexico border Aug. 27, 2007. The foundations serve as the anchors for the fence that is part of the tactical infrastructure between the United States and Mexico.
