    Gulf of Aden – U.S. Marine Cpl. Benjamin Stultz, an artilleryman with Echo Battery, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, embarked aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24) bench presses 185 pounds during a Weight Lifting Competition aboard the Arlington in the Gulf of Aden, Nov. 28, 2015. The competition was hosted by the ship’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation staff. Each person of a four-man team completed a maximum repetition of lifts for one exercise, such as deadlift, bench press, barbell squats, dips, and preacher curls using weight equal to 85 percent of their body weight or more.
