An M88 Hercules Recovery Vehicle is driven over a dam in Cincu, Romania, on Nov. 24, 2015. The Hercules was part of an exercise to validate that bridges and a dam in the area could withstand the weight of the vehicle. The validation demonstrated successful operational mobility, interoperability between Romanians and the U.S., and freedom of maneuver.
