U.S. Army 1st Sgt. Clifton Rush, Delta Battery, 1st Battalion, 62nd Air Defense Artillery, shares career advice during an airman mentoring session at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar Nov. 25. The session featured 35 senior noncommissioned officers sharing career guidance with 26 airmen. Airmen who attended the session were able to get different perspectives from several SNCOs on the best way to grow personally and professionally.
