Operation Toy Drop is a yearly event where Soldiers donate toys for children in the Fort Bragg area in exchange for a raffle ticket in the hopes that their number is drawn in a lottery. The lottery places Soldiers on a manifest for an upcoming airborne jump overseen by jump masters from a foreign army.
