Lyndon Cueto, a medic attached to the 1-150th Assault Helicopter Battalion, applies a simulated wound to an Iraqi soldier prior to a mass casualty exercise with the 32nd Iraqi Army Brigade at their headquarters in Kut, Iraq, Nov. 17.
