Christopher Bolt, commanding officer of the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), performs a fly-by near the flight deck of the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The flight marked Bolt's last as the ship's commanding officer. Ronald Reagan and its embarked air wing, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, provide a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
